Saylor is one of the clients I have gotten to watch grow up over the last few years and I always enjoy photographing her! Her Easter session last year never got blogged because I was so close to the end of my pregnancy, and it just slipped through the cracks. I was thinking about this year’s Easter sessions and wanted to go back and post these photos because I really do love this session and I can’t believe it’s been a year and I haven’t posted the photos yet! Saylor was just 18 months in these photos, and now she’s an active 2.5 year old! I get to photograph her again in a few weeks and am looking forward to seeing how much she has changed since our last session.
Saylor is one lucky little girl because her grandmother has a farm with all kinds of different animals. For this session, her mama brought a few tiny little chicks to include with her Easter photos. They were so cute and Saylor was so gentle with them! It was obvious she has been raised about animals because she knew exactly how to handle them gently. I love the little outfits her mom dresses her in. The traditional smocked dresses are so classic for Easter photos and I love how cute they are, but I also love that her mom wanted to include in some images with a pettiskirt just to make the photos super girly and fun.
